Founded by Alex Grover and Eric Bagg in 2018 to showcase all of the best courses in Wisconsin. We eventually want to play every course in the state, but for now we are trying to find unique courses and favorites in Wisconsin. We played college golf together at St. Norbert College and graduated in 2019.

Alex is from Delavan and currently lives there. He is a member at Delbrook Golf Club and enjoys their reciprocal program at 9 other courses throughout southeastern Wisconsin. He has worked at Delbrook Golf Club, Royal St. Patrick’s Golf Links, and Big Foot Country Club in the pro shop, player services, and has taught junior lessons.

Eric is from Deerfield, IL. He’s not a native cheesehead, but he had played many courses in Wisconsin and has an appreciation for the great architecture throughout the state. Eric has worked as a caddy at a private club in the north side of Chicago. He currently lives in Scottsdale, AZ, but visits Wisconsin occasionally.

Our favorite thing about many Wisconsin courses is the hospitality. Our ratings originally considered the course, staff, food and beverage services, and an overall rating, but we wanted to simplify it and just rate the course. Nothing can top the Brisket Roll at Royal St. Patrick’s in Wrightstown, but many have come close. Our goal for this blog is to share our favorite courses with everyone, including golfers that are looking for value courses, destination courses, or some to an area they are not familiar with.
